Views and comfort!
The view, the comfy bed and luxurious bathroom. Neighborhood is not the most lively, but still had it's own vibe.
Sightly inconvenient for subways but good for buses. Noise of fancy cars racing by wasn't terribly loud (on the 12th floor) but it could stop you from falling asleep if you are already lying awake.

Beautiful Hotel, View Lacking, Small Room, Friendly Staff
I liked the bed, very comfortable, the water pressure and shower were fantastic, the lobby and facilities were great
My room was very small, my window faced a wall, I could very easily hear cars and noises from outside all night, and the fire alarm went off for no reason late at night causing me to have to dress hastily and go down 16 flights of stairs just to be told that it was a malfunction and not an actual fire. Also, their is a big step to get into the stairwell that I tripped over, almost causing me to fall down the stairs. This lip should be labeled to prevent accidents or lawsuits
